What form of payments do you accept?
We only accept payments from Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards for national and international orders. GrabPay, Boost, Touch n Go ewallet and FPX payment is only available to our Malaysian customers only.
Can i choose the currency I pay in?
All payments made will be in Malaysian currency (MYR)
Can i use multiple promo codes at checkout?
multiple promo codes are not allowed at checkout.
How can I check my order?
Just log in and go to "My Account". You'll be able to check on all orders made through our website via that page.
I have not received my order confirmation email, what should I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of making your purchase, please check your spam mailbox or drop us an email at info.rehn@gmail.comwith your order number and we'll look into it for you.
What should I do if I received the wrong products?
Please drop us an email to info.rehn@gmail.com with your order ID and we'll look into it for you.
I've gotten confirmation on getting a refund for my order. How long will the refund take?
Once we've settled on all the details, please note that it will take up to 14 days for you to receive your refund. If you have not receive your refund in 14 days, please email us at info.rehn@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

How do I track my package
You'll receive a tracking number in a separate email from your confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 working days of making your purchase, please check you spam mailbox or drop an email with your order number to info.rehn@gmail.com
I've made a mistake and need to change my shipping address. How do I do it?
Please email info.rehn@gmail.com within 24 hours of making your purchase. We will not be able to help with your order outside of this time frame
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are still working towards shipping internationally, in the meantime, you can follow us on Instagram (@rehn.co) for more updates.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer next day delivery. However, if you would like to receive your order the next day, please email info.rehn@gmail.com and we will arrange express delivery through Lalamove or Grab Express. Delivery charges are excluded from your order.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
No, this option is not available, unfortunately.
Will I have to pay for return shipping?
We do not cover the cost of return shipping. If in the case a return is necessary, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping fee.
How long will my order arrive?
Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped out and an additional 1-7 business days for your order to arrive for Malaysian orders.
