What is your return policy?
Prior to shipping, all of our candles are carefully inspected for any damages and flaws.
You may however, return to us for a refund - for any damages that may have done to the product during shipment within seven (7) days of purchase provided that the candle is unburned and in the original packaging. Email info.rehn@gmail.com along with a photo of the product to request a free return shipping label from us!
In what condition can I request for a refund?
You may request for a refund if any conditions below occur for reasons due to our error:-
- Wood wick is broken
- Vessel (concrete/glass) is broken
- Sinkholes appear on your candle wax
Can I request for an exchange/replacement?
We only exchange/replace items that are damaged or defective. We will replace items with a similar item of the same value.
Kindly notify us of any defects within seven (7) days upon receiving the item. We will not be able to process any requests beyond seven (7) days.
